What’s the speed of delivery?
Once you order an air purifier from ClearFlite Air Purifiers, we realize time is of the essence so we ship within a 24 hour period for free (except on weekends of course).  Some of our units will ship free second day air, while others ship free 3 day air, just check the website when ordering or give us a call.

 How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all of our products at ClearFlite Air Purifiers.  While some companies offer free shipping only on high priced items and charge for shipping on replacement filters, our policy is that once you have given us your business we want you to be a customer for life so we make ordering easy and secure for all of your future transactions.  Free shipping is available on every product every day at ClearFlite Air Purifiers.

What about sales tax?
ClearFlite Air Purifiers will pay sales tax.  The price of the product shown on our website is the total price. There are no added costs.

What about discounts?
In compliance with our dealer agreements for the products we carry we do not offer discounts on our website.  Beware of dealers that do for they are in violation of their dealer agreements and may not be an authorized dealer. The manufacturers stipulate the prices we can publish on our website. By playing by the rules, we maintain good relationships with the manufacturers. Be careful about giving your financial information to a non-authorized dealer. ClearFlite Air Purifiers does not fake sale prices. (We don’t mark the product up, then place a line through the marked up price and proclaim a lower price which is actually the price the manufacturer has stipulated.) What about returns? 
In the rare case an item must be returned, relax, we understand! People make mistakes and sometimes the wrong item is ordered or a mind gets changed.  We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products. Restocking fees apply only on the items that we are charged a restocking fee from the manufacturer. Call for an authorization before returning an item.

 What about warranty?
 Fortunately the warranties on air purification systems just keep getting better. Each item we carry has its own specific warranty and is available to view on the website.

 What about Privacy?
ClearFlite Air Purifiers does not sell, rent, or profit from the use of your name in any way.  You are our customer and we don’t want to share you!  We will occasionally send you a newsletter or information regarding discounts and news if you want it. We try very hard not to be irritating.
