Please Note:
  • We require the product to be returned in its original condition and with all original documents, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • We will respond within 2-5 business days with instructions on how to proceed including the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
  • We will issue a call tag to have item picked up by UPS with the RMA# on it.
  • Once the call tag has been issued, we will ship your replacement or refund your money depending on your instructions.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to be processed.
  • If the item being returned has a manufacturer defect, a replacement will be free of charge.
  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds (excluding damages).

Q: “I just received my package and it looks to be damaged. What should I do?”
A: Often times, even though the box looks to be damaged, the damage is only done to the outside packaging and not the unit itself. Please inspect the unit, and if possible, refuse shipment. If the unit has already been delivered, please open the box to inspect the unit. Upon inspection, if you find the unit to be damage, we will be more than happy to replace the unit free of charge.

Q: “I’m unsure if my unit is working properly. Should I go ahead and return the product?”
