Can you ship to PO Box addresses?
No, we cannot ship to US Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses. Neither UPS, FedEx, nor other major carriers will deliver to a PO Box address. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure that your order will be successfully processed.
Can you ship to international addresses?
At this time, we are only able to ship to continental US and Hawaii addresses.
Can you ship to US Military APO addresses?
No, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
What is your shipping method, and how much does it cost to ship?
Our standard ground and express shipping carrier is FedEx. For applicable orders that exceed FedEx size restrictions, we will use other carriers or freight companies as needed.
Standard ground shipping is always free on AirPurifiers.com. To estimate any shipping costs, add your item(s) to the shopping cart. The shipping cost will be reflected in the shopping cart.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order, depending on the order size and product type(s). Certain items will ship immediately if they are in stock in our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track your package. Most carriers typically provide an estimated delivery date.
Please note that when ordering multiple items your packages may arrive separately.
Can orders be picked up directly from your warehouse?
Orders may be available for pick-up, depending on the product(s). A small handling fee will be required. Please call us to request pick-up service before submitting your order.
Can I specify “No Signature Required” or other special shipping instructions (i.e. leave the package on the back porch)?
Since we cannot guarantee that the carrier will follow through on your special request, we recommend contacting the carrier directly once your order has shipped.
