Hi AirPurifiers.com. We’ve been running our Austin Air Purifier HEPA, HM 400, for two weeks now and you were right. This Austin Air air purifier does make a significant difference. Our family room is much cleaner and more comfortable. And that slight musty odor that was driving me nuts is gone. We put it in the corner and have let it run on medium speed since we got it. I keep seeing those TV ads with the brands that have washable filters which makes me love the fact that I don’t have to wash anything with my Austin! With three kids and three cats, low maintenance is high on my priority list. Thanks for making the whole process easy. We’ll probably add the smaller air purifiers to our bedrooms later in the year.
